Imperial Troop Transport review

Today I’m here to review a Lego set from Star Wars Rebels called Imperial Troop Transport. I’m glad to say that it’s quite interesting.  The first good thing is that two Stormtroopers (the set comes with four) have new faces, with the other two having a face from previous sets. This is good because it gives new expressions that the Stormtroopers haven’t had. Check out the photo below to see the difference in the two faces.

Check out the different faces!

Next good thing is that the Stormtrooper’s flick-fire missiles on top of the transport are cool because their launcher is able to rotate 360 degrees so you can take down multiple enemies in any direction. These nicely compliment the flick-fire blasters that comes with each Stormtrooper, while an ammunition box that slides neatly in and out the transporter contains the extra see-through dark red studs that can be fired from their blasters.

Despite the fact that there is one space inside the transport for each Stormtrooper to stand in whilst being transported, also allowing them to still carry their  blasters, with doors that move up or down to secure the Troopers in, my only criticism is that there could be more room in the transport for a driver and more Troops. If I could improve this set I would make the transport bigger and put in more stormtroopers because no war would be won with four!

Overall, it was a fun and easy build, with simple instructions, leaving you with a strong, fun build that I’m sure your kids would love to play with.
